Cancellation Policy for “The Hero’s Journey Retreat”
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent participants from attending “The Hero’s Journey Retreat” hosted by Joshua Fields and Michael Multari. However, please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:
- No Refunds: Once payment has been made for “The Hero’s Journey Retreat”, all fees are non-refundable. This includes deposits, installments, and total payments made for the retreat.
- Cancellation Notification: If you cannot attend the retreat for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible by email at [email address] or by phone at [phone number]. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
- Transfer of Registration: In some cases, participants may be able to transfer their registration to another individual. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact our team at least 30 days before the start of the retreat to make arrangements. Please note that a transfer fee may apply.
- Force Majeure: If “The Hero’s Journey Retreat” is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or provide alternative participation options. However, we cannot guarantee refunds in such circumstances.
